Cleaning, Inspection, Rectification and Assembling of Booster pump: This work involves, cleaning of pump internals, top and bottom casing, removal of casing wear ring, inspection of pump internals, rectification of defects in internals such as removal of scoring marks if any in the impeller and casing wear rings, taking the measurements of wear rings, checking of clearance between the wear rings, replacing of gaskets in parting plane, water jackets, assembling the pump in sequence, normalizing the cooling water and oil lines with new gaskets.
