Supply and Installation of Walls and Ceilings with Puf Panels 80 mm thick with the following specifications: Walls and ceiling shall be made up of 80 mm thick Puf Insulated Panels. The main columns will be made out of R H Steel section of size 122x61x3.60 mm conforming to IS 4923: 1997 to provide maximum strength. MS Base plate of size 250x250x8mm and top plate of size 200x150x8 mm will be welded to the columns. Base plates will be pre drilled with 4 Nos 18 mm dia holes and provided with anchor bolts at the bottom and normal bolts at the top of 16 mm dia. The Puf Panels shall be 80 mm thick with 0.5 mm thick PPGI Sheets on both sides. The Panels shall be manufactured on continuous automatic line with puf density 40 + 2 Kg /Cum. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint for interlocking. One edge shall have double groove system for better insulation. All the flashings provided shall be made out of 0.50 mm thickness PPGI sheet. The interior and exterior colour of panels shall be RAL 9003 colour. The PUF insulation material in the panel will have fire retarding and self-extinguishing properties. The Puf Panels shall be manufactured using high pressure dispensing machine equipped with PLC Controlled panel for monitoring and controlling the injection rate to assure specified uniform density requirements. Make of the Panels shall be BNAL/Sintex/Alfa.
