Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spreading and leveling dry clean Ganga sand in trenches for cushioning of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable cable / OH conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT system of size 25 mm x 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old rubber insulating mat of size 2 m x 1 m x 25 mm thick for HT equipment complete all as specified and direceted.

S & F in replacement insulator pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green including galvanized MS spindle two GI Washers and one GI Nut 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white brown or green including 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball & socket type single disc assemblpy for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying one coat of superior quality enameled aluminium paint on all exposed surface on steel tubular poles (HT Poles) cross arms including all associated fittings after necessary surface preparation of old painted surface including marking space for numbering by good quality black paint on steel surface of size 150 mm x 100 mm at 1.5 Mtr apart with white paint including providing 3 Nos strips of air force blue colour complete all as specified and directed. Note : Use of all the required T & P items like ladders, safety belts and helmets etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

M & L for replacement of triple pole switch air break gang operated vertical type with GOD mechanically mounted on nine insulators and steel frame suitable for operation from ground level and suitable for 11 KV HT of cap 400 Amps including removing handle GOD, handle locking arrangement and lock with two Nos keys complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of swing out expulsion fuse triple pole (Drop out fuse) for 11000 volts grade of capacity up to 50 Amps with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper bus bar, 4 pole, 200 Amps, 4 way fixed in factory fabricated enclosure including 03 Nos indicator and making connection with suitable size of cable lugs for incoming and outgoing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stencil letter writing with highly fluorescent sheet best quality directly stick to panel as marking /identification of circuits / Area of supply height between 15 mm to 20 mm group of letters not more than 15 letters complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of heat shrinkable type straight through joint suitable for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting cable connection of LT panel /Feeder Pillar Box of any size and capacity cleaning thoroughly with vaccum cleaner and CRC and shifting care fully to new location, making cable connection for incoming and outgoing cables along with required cable glands and lugs and foundation work at new location complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out oil from Servo Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 500 KVA and keeping safe for re-use, dismantling various parts of Servo Voltage stabilizer etc. openig of top cover of Servo voltage stabilizer, lifting and taking out carefully winding core assembly with the suitable chain pully arrangement for repair, cleaning of sludge including washing down with clean oil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable winding wire of Servo Voltage Stabilizer including removing of unserviceable insulating materials from core assembly of stabilizer with and M & L for rewinding with super enameled copper wire double paper insulated of existing gauge copper wire including de-moisturising / ovening winding core assembly of capacity 500 MVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer, re-fixing the winding core assembly and other parts including testing i.e. ratio test, insulation test and re-connecting of incoming and outgoing connection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for insulating material requried for Servo voltage stabilizer core, winding, providing cotton tapes, spacers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for overhauling and rewinding of VCB auto charging motor with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and other materials including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated heavy duty electric weather proof flat twin core cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of battery 12 volts, 180 AH including fittings with necessary electrolyte solution including initial charging complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement on load change over switch of capacity 800 Amps, 4 pole with sheet metal enclosure, panel mounted type with fixing arragement in existing wall angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm with welding work and PCC works etc including making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.
