Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in covering etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted is deemed include for scaffolding cost at any height.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 for receive the roof finishes with water proofing liquid. (WPL Shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of epoxy primer @ 0.15 Kg per Sqm followed by two coats of polyurethane coating with 1.5 Kg per sqm in two coats etc complete per manufacturer specification and all as specified and as directed by Garrison Engineer/Engr-in-Charge. Notes : 1. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 3mm as per AS NZ 4548 (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. (iv) Tensile strength should not less than 2.0 N/sq.mm for free film & 60 % solid content as per ASTM C 1250 (v) Elongation should not less than 300% as per ASTM D2370 (vi) Solid content by weight should not less than 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 AT 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) should Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable. 2. The work shall be executed thru auth applicator of manufecturer only. Contarctor has to provide manufecturer test certificates for the above mentioned technical parameters and PVs. 3. The conractor has to submit the guarntee for 10 Years against the water proofing treatment. Make:- Bostic, Berger,Fosroc, sika, Asian.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250Ltrs and n exc 500Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for IInd class hard wood battens in roofs at any height, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the dumping ground, necessary scaffolfing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) at any height of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern including necessary scaffolfing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 1.00 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings at any height including necessary scaffolding (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fix mild steel bands, straps, support or stays for rain water pipe, hold fast, clamp and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

cleaning of any type of roof area not exceeding 100 Sqm by removing leaves, vegetation growth, debris and accumulated mud by washing brushing or by any means without hampering the water proofing membrane(if provided) from permanent roof not accessible including cleaning of rain water pipes of any description and removing debries/spoil from site and depositing the same to low lying area exceeding 0.5 km and not exceeding 1.5km, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5 to 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 to 18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window cills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1 1/2:3 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agregate) nominal size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken floor portion of water closet ,Bathroom etc,by applying first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with Dr fixit or Equivalent Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious (PMC) composite [email protected]/sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for four hours and second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg /sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for four hours followed with water curing (ponding) for 48 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate includes the preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and brick work/masonary work with polymer mixed slurry.

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting/Chipping of the spalled,unsound concrete of slabs,beams,columns ,fins,facia,parapets&chajjas etc, and damaged /distressed plaster by scapping with utmost care to expose reinforcement ,cleaning the rusted reinforcement by rubbing wire brushes or emery paper & cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive guniting/plastering and disposal of debris not excedding 500mtrs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Hard drawn steel wire fabric weight n. exc 4Kg per sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent as per manufacturers instructions and applying pressure guiniting averaging 25mm at a pressure of not less than 6kg/sqm in cement mortor 1:3 with and including suitable bonding agent of M/S sika or equivalent @5% of weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction and finishing surfaces rough conforming to proper geometrices including providing double scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing plastered walls, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with suitable crack filling agent like Dr. Fixit Crack X or Dr Fixit Crack X Shrink Free or Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP with respect to the width of crack complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 finished even and smooth with floating coat of neat cement on RCC slab, beam and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 18 mm thick rendering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instuctions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of new surfaces and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint of required shade : New work (Two coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Distempering on old work two coats with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for damp proof waterproofing treatment on external walls as per following procedure on old plastered surface or newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed. (a) . Pre Painting Steps Surface should be prepared free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growth of Fungus, Algae or moss should be removed by wire brushing and water. If the Underlying surface exhibits chalkiness, in spite of surface cleaning then use Asian Paints Smartcare Primero. For filling cracks up to 3mm using Asian Paints Crack Seal.* In case of dents and holes use Asian Paints Trucare wall putty suprema. (b). Paint Applicaton Process 1 Coat of Smartcare Damproof (Undiluted)*1 st Coat of Apex Ultima Suprema (40% Dilution)*2nd Coat of Apex Ultima Suprema (40% Dilution) Complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for frames of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) ventilators and partitions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Supply and Fix Rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick of area exc 0.75 Sqm and n. exc 1.00 Sqm and glazing clip with oil putty at any height including necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire guage (grade-304) aperture 1.4mm and 0.50mm dia wire for fixing of window, ventilator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Ceiling System with SIERRA OP (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles With Armstrong 15mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 31%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 32 with 15 mm face exposed grid colour white having rotery stitching on all silhoutte type T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/M2 & minimum pull out strength of 100 Kgs. Taking down / dismantling existing perished aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm from any height of roof top / on walls of conventional type lightening protection network system complete all as specifiec and as directed.

Re-fixing of serviceable aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm obtained from sl item No 68 above at any type of building/ magzine/ lab at any height on walls and jointing the system of conventional type lightening protection network and making good the disturbed surface of walls / roof top to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for new aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm awith saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors as earthing continuity conductor as on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.
