A. Repair/Renovation of APFC Panel Checking of various components and dismantling of defective components like capacitors, contactors, indication lights etc. from APFC panels including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware, as required at site.

Supply of Super Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device -make standard .

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware , lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for 15 KVAr capacitor-make L&T/GE /Schneider

Supply of MCB up to 32 A , triple pole- make L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of Indication lights of various colours-make FTC/Vaishno/Teknik

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters for switching ON & OFF capacitors as per load requirement -make Standard

Installation and connection of various components as described above in APFC panel using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wires , lugs and tapes etc. as required at site

Servicing of panels including complete dusting of all components, decarbonising of contactor contacts , tightening of all nut bolts, alignment of doors and touching of all rusted parts etc, as required at site

B. REPAIR & RENOVATION OFSTATIC CAPACITOR BANK OF TRANFORMER Checking of capacitors and dismantling of defective capacitors from static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wirings , hardware , as required at site

Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. ii. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor iii. All function tests iv. Monitoring of power factor
