Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces (Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.)

Recycling of Bituminous Pavement with Central Recycling Plant (Recycling pavement by cold milling of exiting bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 % of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519.)

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH Specification No.803.
