Labour charges towards removing and dismantling the damaged taps, watersupply line , wash basins , European closet , Indian WC , Towel rail etc etc from the bath/wc The work includes, removing the accessories, stacking it to a safe distance as directed

Dismantling tile work in floors, walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer – in – charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and constructing platform support wall to the room using precast flyash cement blocks of size 60 x 10 x 20cms in CM1:4 ,. The work shall cutting the floor to the required size , immersing the bricks in water , sieving sand etc. shade The work shall include cleaning the surface of dirt/dust and foreign matter, sand papering including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding, cleaning paint stain from walls, floor etc complete as per specification and direction . Flyash concrete blocks 600mm x 200mm x 100mm

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) .

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for. Small surfaces such as cantilever ends, brackets and ends of steps, caps and bases to pilasters and columns and the like

STEEL REINFORCEMENT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
