Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres. all complete as per satisfaction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes conforming to relevant IS Standards with 02 nos. 4 mm GI wires complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. all complete as per satisfaction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge. 150 mm

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x16mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in out door floors such as footpath, court yard multi models etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing prefabricated bird scarer (frangible) of size 1.5 mtr X 1.5 mtr. (clear dimension excluding wall thickness) and 2.133 mm height along edge and 2.4 m at centre. It is made of 50 mm thick sandwich panel made of 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheet at the outer sides and middle part consists of PU foam of density 40 kg/m3 which has to be installed in to the operational area. Provision of one door of 900 mm X 1800 mm (n) with locking facility at the shorter side of the wall with additional provision of 03 nos. of windows of size 900 mm x 900 mm with sliding shutters of 4 mm acrylic sheet. The cost of the hut is inclusive of design, vetting of design by IIT/NIT/ Govt. Engg. College for its frangibility requirement as per ICAO and DGCA document, fabrication, transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site as per drawing and specification over existing cement concrete platform. The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet) and as per direction of E-I-C. All complete as per attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Providing and fixing stainless steel 316 Anti Skid linear grooves with plain bevel edge tactile flooring directional strip of size 280mm X 35mm X 4.5mm with stem 6mm X 12mm for guidance of visually impaired divyang Jan with propper drilling and applying suitable adhesive in drilled holes in existing floor as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Job contract for providing backhoe loader (JCB) i/c diesel, Driver and helper with on hourly basis for clearing wild growth, levelling of ground etc. inside operational area including fuel, hydraulic oil, operator etc. complete. all complete as per satisfaction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Job contract for providing Tipper i/c diesel, Driver and helper with on hourly basis inside operational area including fuel, hydraulic oil, operator etc. complete. all complete as per satisfaction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying hollow round MS pipes conforming to relevant IS Standards welded along sections including cutting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per satisfaction and Direction of Engineer-in-charge. 200 mm Dia.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.
