Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, hard / dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km and depositing where directed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 Design using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, column pedastals etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, column pedastals, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed..

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified an directed.

Ditto, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

S&F of Structural Steel work as in columns, posts, stanchions etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1998 grade St.-240 or with holow structural steel sections conforming to IS 4923-1997 Grade St-240 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300x300 size 10 mm thick heavy duty Virified Ceramic exterior tiles any pattern, colour and design, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar :6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width, PCC 1:3:6 mix type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface walls finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of of concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming coat all as specified and directed.
