Dismantling the existing faulty burnt 15/30 KVA alternator from DG set i/c to and & fro transportation charges from BTS site/TE Exchange to workshop and bringing back at sites etc. complete with chain/pulley /labour charges etc. as required.

Rewinding of rotor winding for 15 KVA alternator I/c dismantling the burnt wires, rewinding with super enameled copper wires of suitable gauge, varnishing i/c testing etc.as required

Rewinding of stator winding for 15/30 KVA alternator I/c dismantling the burnt wires, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of Suitable gauge, varnishing i/c testing etc. as required

ITC of 15/ 30 KVA alternator after repairing i/c coupling of engine and alternator making connections etc. testing the DEA set on load at respective sites as required

Checking, tracing out and removing the DG’s faults in TE/BTS as per following distances from district Main Exchange i/c tracing the fault in Engine/alternator/panel/wiring etc. and restoring the Electrical mains/DG Supply as per site requirements.
