Supply and fix factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47x50mm mullion 47x68mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (area upto 0.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape and size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc., profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc., after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Glass shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fix for factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding glazed window upto 1.50m height made of (small series) frame 52x44mm and sash 32x60mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Supply and fix TRAY PANEL SCREW type system with aluminium composite panel of approved plain colour or wood grain printed on interior walls, columns, MS structure, ceiling, coping, slab projectons at all heights and elevation over aluminium framework. The aluminium composite panel should be 4mm thick consisting of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The external surface shall be finshed with PVDF based coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The system shall be fitted over aluminium sub frames, cleats and shall be fixed to the masonry/ RC walls/ MS structure with necessary clamps, galvanized M.S brackets and anchor fasteners. (iii) In case measured value of earth resistance of each earthing is recorded more than 3 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable split type AC indoor and outdoor unit and after completion of B&R work reinstalling, commissioning and testing at new locatioin including core cutting in stone/ brick wall/ any surface and making good to disturbed surfaces/ wall with plaster and matching with the existing colour of wall /floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for necessary wiring, connecting of extra both copper tube (suction/ discharge) upto 15m with existing copper tube and top up of Gas for the AC as required.

Supply and fix for single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of rating 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for copper tubing for suction/ discharge line, for split type AC suitable upto 2.0 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for drain pipe for split type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
