Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 mm² FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc, as required: Group ‘A’.

Supplying & fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same (plastering & levelling with wall putty/paint) in case of recessed conduit, as required:

Supply and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ casing capping etc, as required:

Erection of Pole

Erection of metallic pole of above 4.5 Meter and upto 6.5 Meter length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc, as required.

Supplying & embedding 32mm dia GI pipe (medium class) in pole collar/foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete, (including clamp, nut etc) as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch (timer) capable of following output in fider pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching ON & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto) with manual override facilty with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete, as required: 1 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply.

Lettering & Painting

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture, as required.

Painting with aluminium paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Supply of 1.1KV grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty/XLPE (armoured) aluminium conductor cables conforming to IS:1554 (Part-1) of following sizes etc, as required:

Providing and fixing 8 SWG/4mm. dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess along with PVCA cable/ for loop earthing including soldering etc., as required.

Supply of 1.1KV grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Copper multistrand conductor flexible cables conforming to IS:694 of following sizes etc, as required:

Saline Water Treatment/Reconditioning of Earting System

Saline water treatment using salt (5kg.) for G.I. or copper earth electrode, measurement of earth resistance before & after treatment and replacement of G.I nut & bolts,funnel as required.

Reconditioning of existing earthing pit, including (a) Saline water treatment using salt (5kgs.) for earth electrode (b) Providing masonry enclosure with cover plate of suitable size having locking arrangement, plastering (c) Supply & replacement of defective parts like funnel, locking nut, bolt, screws & washer (d) Measurement of earth resistance before & after reconditioning, (but without charcoal/ coke) as required.

Supply of lights & accessories

Supply of Linear(Lenght:1182mm/~4ft.) LED light fixture of 20w or above in extruded aluminium housing with all related accessories, integrated driver etc. with minimum system efficacy of 100 lm/watt. The operating CCT shall be minimum 6500K & 50,000 Hrs LED Life. Make: Havells or its equivalent.

Supply of fabricated tubular pole of 80 mm dia(medium class), 4.5 Meter long, including welded base plate/chequered plate of size 250*250*5 mm in size, making holes, canopy for fixing Post top lalterns and applying two or more coates of primer & silver colour paint etc. as required, as required

Supply of following rating Electronic energy meter/Trivector meter in poly carbonate or sheet steel body with LCD display of L&T make or its equivalent(ISI marked class-1) complete with accessories etc, as required.

Painting with Synthetic Enemel paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete: On steel work.

Supply & Operation

Supply of High Speed Diesel (HSD), for Agrico & Tuiladungri housing complex D.G. sets, including trasportation, loading and unloading etc, as required. Empty Drum will be provided by NML.

Supply of "Pump operators cum electrician(2Nos.)": They have to work in two Shifts of 8 Hrs each (One number of pump operator cum electrician per shift) from 5.00 AM to 9.00PM (7days a week) (see scope of work), as required.

Supply of "Helper" to pump operators cum electrician(2Nos.): They have to work in two Shifts of 8 Hrs each (One number of Helper to “Pump operators cum electrician” per shift) from 5.00 AM to 9.00PM (7days a week) (see scope of work), as required

Supply of following labourer for day to day activities, as required (see scope of work).

Comprehensive maintenance & operation of fully Automatic 82.5 KVA DG Set powered with Cummins make Engine Model No.:- 6BTA5.9G1,ESN-P84097741, including all consumables (except deisel), genuine spares, accessories & panel, as required. See scope of work.

Comprehensive maintenance of water supply pump motor set of following capacity (including replacement of impeller, shaft seal, Pumps, Pipes, Valves, bearing, Couplers etc. if required), which includes insulation varnishing of motor, rewinding with copper (if required) breakdown reactification of pump motor set along with all the requisite materials, manpower etc as required for emergency water supply in Agrico Housing complex of NML, through experienced personnal in consultation and after due approval of Electrical In-charge, as required.

Making hole for installation of exhaust fan of size upto 450mm sweep by demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of malba within 50 Meters lead and making good the wall by plastering (& levelling with wall putty/paint) etc, as required.

Supply of LED Post top lantern of 45 Watt (±3watt), with metallic top cover & opal cover diffuser, suitable for 4.5 mtr long poles Make: Wipro/Havells or it's equivalent.

Supply of IP66 rated LED 90 Watt street light luminary having pressure die cast aluminium housing with separate driver compartment and toughened glass, having system lumen efficacy 120Lm/W Make:Jaquar Model: LSRTTOS090XC* or its equivalent; as complete.
