Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all lead, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and embedding 65 mm (Sixty five millimeter) long staplers for fixing of WWM, including cutting, bending and placing in position all complete as per drawing/ design, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm (Forty millimeter) dia M.S. tube 1.5 m (One point five meter) center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose . The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Drilling suitable holes in reinforced/plain cement concrete/brick masonry/CC block masonry/stone masonry with power driven drill machine in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for anchoring wire mesh including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete up to and including 12 mm dia. for all depth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 50 mm thick in Grade M 30 with cement content not less than 340 kg per cum, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire mesh of size 35x35x3.2 mm or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete/ wall surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 Cement: 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make : Pidilite/CICO/ CIBA/ FOSROC/ Fairmate or equivalent, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing 52 mm (Fifty two millimeter) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix: 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.
