A. Operation of EMS
Providing Round the clock operation of electro mechanical services viz. a) 2x630kVA indoor transformer substation and associated switchgear, b) 2x500kVA kVA diesel engine alternator sets and control panels. c) 8 x 7 tr Package AC plant d) Split AC units e) Water pump sets f) Compound lights g) Operator duties include filling of diesel (diesel transporatiation shall be paid extra) h) Maintaing log books
The operation duties shall be as per specifications/ condition of contract and as per the schedule given in relevant section by deploying the following staff and by arranging required instruments, tools and plants etc., to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required Note: EPF/ESI charges are not to be included in the quoted rate as the same will be reimbursed as per actual to the vendor on submission of proof of payment.

Providing comprehensive annual maintenance for AC plants listed below as per the maintenance schedule . The scope includes replacement of all materials required including compressor with similar or superior make for bringing the system to healthy condition during the maintenance period for the plants listed below at TE Saroornagar: a) 8 x 7 TR Non Precision MSC AC Plant Comprising of the follwoing units:- i) 4 x 7 TR - M/s Fedders Lloyd (Year of Manufacture : 2007) ii) 3 x 7 TR - M/s Sidwal (Year of Manufacture : 2011) iii) 1 x 7 TR - M/s Singhsons (Year of Manufacture : 2011)
Providing Comprehensive AMC for following 1.5TR Split AC Units located in TE, Saroornagar. Note - AMC cost per year
