Replacement of Street Lighting with Energy Efficient Smart Led Lighting in Delhi PWD Roads

SH-I (Infrastructure improvement) Dismantling the existing HPSV / LED / MH Street light fixture of different wattage from 6 to 30 meter high pole i/c transportation to PWD store as per provided by department in different location of Delhi i/c stacking etc as reqd.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of different wattage energy efficient individually controlled & monitored LED smart street/flood light fittings ON pole/high mast as mentioned in Schedule 11 around whole Delhi PWD roads for maintaining the lux level as per DTL guidelines (Mention in Schedule-2) with technical specifications mentioned in Schedule 3 of RFP for various street/flood lights mentioned in Schedule 11 of RFP. In order to execute such massive project contractor shall maintain/procure/lease at least 1 tower wagon per administrative district of New Delhi at all times.

SITC of 3 Phase, 10KW Smart Feeder Control Panel for street light complete with suitable incomer & outgoing & sophisticated with following features & 5 years comprehensive warrantee. a) Feeder Control panel shall communicate with application using 4G/LTE/5G network. There should not be any delay in response while using 4G/LTE/5G network. b) Compartmentalised Aluminium Bus Bar with full neutral Feeder Panel with suitable incomer and outgoing of MCB shall have application support for: - Scheduling of time of day, day of week/month, date - Alarming and flexible reporting - Data logging with historical data repositories - Failure detection and reporting - Event and fault Logging c) The Panel shall have incorporating 3 phase energy meters who’s data shall be received on the dashboard of CMS.

Supplying and fixing of hot dip galvanized octagonal poles of 12 mtrs. height flange mounted on the existing cement concrete pedestal i/c transportation charges, supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination. (in the case of accidental damaged) Pole to be designed on the basis of maximum wind conditions of New Delhi. Design & Wind Load: Calculated according to IS 875 (Part 3) or BS EN 40, which govern wind speed and structural safety. Material: Usually fabricated using high-tensile steel confirming to IS 2062 or BS EN 10025 (Grade S355).Galvanization: Zinc-coated for rust prevention as per IS 2629 / IS 4759 or BS EN ISO 1461. a) Supply & fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window i/c providing mounting arrangement etc. complete as reqd. b) Supply and fixing 63 amps. terminal block suitable for 16/25 sq. mm conductor- 4 Nos. on DIN channel i/c providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supply & fixing of 6 amp. SP MCB 'C' characteristics Curve - 2 Nos, earth stud -1 Nos, at suitable height one nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. d) Cable supports clamps suitable for 4 x 16 sq.mm cable.

Providing and laying in position (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 650 mm (L) X 650 mm wide and 1500 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement ring of cold twisted bars of 12 mm Dia 1660 mm long (approx.) 8 Nos welded with vertical bars of existing foundation and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm Dia -2600 mm (approx..) 10 nos. (with 150 mm spacing ) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm Dia (O.D.) DWC, HDPE pipe of 0.5 mtrs. length for cable entry & exit as reqd.

Supplying and Fixing 4 Nos. 24 mm dia. X 750mm long GI foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 3 mm thick size 275mmX275mm with 4 Nos. 24mm Dia holes to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd.

Providing, boring and laying HDPE pipes (ISI Marked) of 120 mm O.D. confirming to IS:4984-1995 as amended up to date with pressure rating of 4 Kg./Sq.c.m. by trenchless technology with no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with mauling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, rodding of pipe. Providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size at appropriate depth but not less than 0.6 mtr. etc. complete as reqd.
