M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (design mix), M-30(20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (design mix), M-30 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foudation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical of to batter,on flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc on flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions on flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT (CRS) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

- Ditto- as per item No 12.00 but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in cement Plaster 1:4 in two coats(15mm inner coat 5mm finishingcoat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound on finishing coat in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions (Note- Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over newly plastered/ putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior cement based primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new plastererd surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L hardcore of gauge n exc .63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick , watered and well rammed to a true surface.

M& L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in subbase including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling, under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre painted machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour incliuding filling the joints with white cement & grey pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed cheqered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x22mm thick mix with grey cement and pigment laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M &L for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick as in steps, landings, floors etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,mirror polishing incl making 02 Nos grooves in steps over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard wear stone (of any type) granite stone slab table rubbed and polished 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L ready mix Concrete of M-30 as in Foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement floors, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 10 mm Thick Plain Polycarbonate sheet comforming to IS -14443-1997 of approved colour fixed with EPDM rubber gasket on both side and top and joints filled with silicon solvent to make the joint water proof.The open overhang end of polycarbonate sheet shall be sealed with powder coated aluminium channel of suitable size and fixed with self tapping screws ,nuts,bolts etc not less than 50mm long @ 150 mm c/c complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Light transmission of sheet shall not be less than 80% and shall be treated with anti fungal treatment to enhance its lifespan.

S&F pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet, corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations in side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to FE 410-W (Gde- E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel section in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to FE 410-W (Gde- E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for Mild steel works in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel bolts with diameter of neck exc 20 mm and not exc 25 mm, purpose made with hexogonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including assories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair powder coated aluminium (minimum 50 micron thickness of coating) of various section as required for doors, windows,Ventilator with one or more rebates etc including fixing and making the frames for hinges glass/wire gauge etc. Complete incl all fittings like rubber beading, clips locking arrangement,in sliding shutter, sealant etc all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with adhequate number of coats in road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for name plate made up of 3mm acrylic sheet of size 400 x 150 mm with suitable size letter including all fittings and arrangement for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F gear operated steel rolling shutters,with bevel gear box and crank as specified including top cover , anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete 1.25 mm thickness of laths and applying two coat of syntetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm size 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm width with all accessories fixed on wall including FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper onductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuty conductor connecting to common earth dolly and PVC moulded box ISI marked for having the switches, switch sockets regulator etc complete all as specified for following:-

Supply , fixing, testing of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Supplying & Laying of un-reinforced,precast concret cable cover of flat size 250x150x40mm class LV type-I for cable protection all as specified and directed

S&F GI tubing light grade 40mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting road/hard standing for laying of cable and re metalling/making good the same after laying to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of earth fill and providing Anti termite treatment in the top surface of filled earth @ 5 ltr of emulsion per Sqm of surface complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour to carry out structural designing & Submission of 05 sets of drawings (Storage shed 01 to 04) of foundation, & other structural members as per Architectural plan enclosed with tender along with vetting from any Govt engineering college all as directed by Engr in charge. Note : Work for structural elements shall only commence post vetting of drawings.
