M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 40mm and width of joints 5 to 10mm,cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250meter as directed and provided a back rod of width 3-5 mm more than width of joints / debonding strip of width equal to joint width, applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound (pitch free) ISI marked compound to a depth 10 to 12 mm including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and desposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling FLEXOPATCH-ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the cracks developed between joints of flexible portion(Runway) and rigid portion (runway shoulders) by manually/mechanically including raking out to depth of 50 to 100mm and width of joints 10 to 15 mm and removing all the fine particles with the help of air compressor and throwing away the debris/loose material or old sealing compound etc to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250meter as directed and joints filled and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the cracks developed between joints of flexible portion(Runway) and rigid portion (runway shoulders) by manually/mechanically including raking out to depth of 10 to 50mm and width of joints 5 to 10 mm and removing all the fine particles with the help of air compressor and throwing away the debris/loose material or old sealing compound etc to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250meter as directed and joints filled and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium extrusion framed work as in runway/links mandatory and informative signage boards including joining cleats, aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket, U channel etc including necessary fixture complete all as specified & directed. Note : 1. Rates are included for demolition of old cement concrete required to dismantle old DTGM/Signage boards upto ground level and removing the material exc 250 mtr away from runway complete all as specified and directed.

S& F of Runway/Links mandatory and informative signage boards front legend facia made out of 4mm thick UV stabilized polycarbonate/ Acrylic sheet with letter and symbols made by computerized cutting of commercial grade retro reflective sheeting pasted with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather as per specifications and requirement of Airforce authorities. Colour of background and lettering (size and spacing) shall be as per ICAO Annex-14 volume 1 and Aerodome Design Manual Part 9157 Part 6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are included for supplying new rubber gasket to fix above panel in existing aluminium frame.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, plinth for DTGM/signage boards etc including necessary formwork including demolition of old unserviceable PCC complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling etc including necessary formwork including demolition of old unserviceable PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing concrete floor surface of any description and in any position by brooming down/ wire brushing & finally cleaning with compressor and to make the surface dust free and providing 5mm thick antistatic EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, conductive coat, self leveling top coat including removing old sealant cleaning and filling existing joints all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparation surface of epoxy flooring and painting with three coats of polyurethane based paint over a coat of primer to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc of colour as approved by Airforce authorities and GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris to a distance not less than 500 mtrs away from runway complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) type B-1 as in sub base in floors, pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigments over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, roads/path etc of any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression, removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed.
