Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat / Waterseal Concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completly. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in CM 1:4 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Supply and fix Analogue type timer switch (Daily time switch) including power contactor 25 Amps, three phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and bypass arrangement and including sheet metal enclosure of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated for enclosing the time switch with necessary fixing arrangements on PCC pole/wall surface by providing MS flat iron clamps 32x6 mm and nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S & F in repairs Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 32/40 mm dia of approx 1.2 mtr length, light grade bend to shape suitable for security/street light/Pigmi light fittings with necessary fixing arrangements by using GI flat of 40 x 6 mm size including nut, bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, erect and install in true vertical position prestressed concrete pole 09 metres long of size 102 x 172 mm at top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom, class10 including painting alternate strips of each 30 cm with black and yellow synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 meters height from coping and the balance portion of pole shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint. The make of pole shall be as per approved makes of state electricity board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation/Earth work, PCC foundation, pole coping shall be measured and paid separately
