Lumpsum price worked out by the contractor for Steel Cover and Demolition works as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-IV.

S&F CI sluice valve, non-rising type conforming to IS-14846,suitable for 80mm bore pipe consisting of SS spindle as per IS 6603. Cast iron Body, Dome & Wedge as per IS 210, greasy jute type gland packing,fasteners as per IS 1367, Natural rubber gasket, CI manual hand wheel etc complete double end flanged and drilled, of class PN-1 (ISI marked) including all jointing materials such as rubber gasket insertion sheet nut bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of masonry valve chamber of size 600x600x6000mm complete including demolition and removing of debris of the existing chamber all as specified and as directed.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 28,880.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
