Re alignment of Machine Shaft, Replacement of Shaft Seal and Erection, Testing & Commissioning of River Bed Unit 2 of Bhadra Generating Station

The brief scope of work includes Re-alignment of Machine Shaft, Replacement of Shaft Seal and Erection, Testing & Commissioning of River Bed Unit 2 of Bhadra Generating Station.i.Dismantling of Turbine Guide Bearing Shell along with connected pipelines and associated equipments.ii.Dismantling of complete oil header assembly with connected pipelines and associated equipments.iii.Dismantling of UGB, LGB assembly along with connected pipelines associated equipments.iv.Removal of damaged Shaft Seal and Maintenance Seal.v.Removal of damaged top and bottom bronze bushes of oil header assembly for inspection.vi.Supply and Installation of top and bottom bronze bushes of oil header assembly as per required dimensions.vii.Supply and Replacement of new Shaft seal and maintenance seal as per sample along with all required accessories, fasteners, O-rings etc.viii.Re-babbitting of TGB Shell if required.ix.Assembling of TGB, UGB and LGB including all required accessories like gaskets, fasteners, seals, O-rings, o-chords, Loctite etc.Re-alignment of Machine Shaft including UGB, LGB and TGB.xi.Complete erection, testing & commissioning of the unit including all required accessories like gaskets, fasteners, seals, O-rings, o-chords, Loctite etc.
