Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder, masonary work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work to precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Brick works with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick half walls CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F providing precast cement concrete louvre sand jallies type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:4, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in culverts and man hole cover and drain cover set in cm 1:6 including form workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut ot length bent to shape required including cracking bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA, Sail or equivalent.

All as item No 8 here in before but 6 to 8mm .

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, coving all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab etc concrete mixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying bituminous primer confirming to IS 3384 on plastered surfaces @ 0.40 kg/sqm of roof surfaces providing APP based water proofing membrane min wt 3.50 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm) laid on primed surface by torched application with overlaps as recommended by the manufacturer and applying bituminous primer as specifed above APP membrane and one coat aluminum paint over membrane @ 1.25 lit/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers of 15 mm+5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, each coat shall be mixed with water proofing powder @ 2% of cement or as per manufacturers instuction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder confirming to IS-2045. Make : Waterseal/ Pidilite/ JK Cement/ Cico Or Equivalent Approved By AGE.

Taking down cement or cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including taking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 if rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mildsteel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, grating, anles, fencing post etc with ends of bars shoulders and /or riverted and forged in to spikes framed gurad bar and similar works to Fe 290, Gde E165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of chalk white primer surface complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of PVC drain pipe of any size including all fittings head, shoes, bend and crowl set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius for 110 mm bore pipes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down floor and wall tiling including cement morter bedding removing serviciable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid ceremic tiles coloured in floor 7-8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 25mm thick coarse sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls /concrete and priming with chalk whitening on plastered surface and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint on old or undecorated wall surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of old treated wooden surface of any descreption not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain links fencing of any size or type as in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type C1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in surface channels and drains and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmX300mmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kajaria, Somany, Johnson.
