RMO of 100 bedded LBS Hospital, Khichripur, Delhi.( SH Servicing and Maintenance of Substation Equipments)

Disconnecting, checking, complete servicing & cleaning of existing (TMC Make) 1250 KVA dry type transformer i/c replacement of gasket. The job also i/c complete servicing and cleaning of HT tapping & Busbar, maggering and tightening of all power components, testing of transformer, tightening of HT and LT connection i/c replacement of broken window panes etc. complete as required at site.

Testing and calibration of IDMT relay set having 2 Nos O/L and one No. earth fault relay installed in the existing HT/LT panel by secondary injection method i/c cleaning the contacts, resetting with required accuracy, complete checking & setting of control wiring i/c refixing of the relay unit etc. complete as required at site.

Servicing, checking and cleaning of 11 KV, 800 Amp HT breaker by opening HT panel and CT chamber, removing dust with vacuum cleaner, checking cleaning and decarbonising the contacts and joints of switch gear and CTs with CTC / CRC solution tightening of contacts and bus bars/ CT and PT connections/ cable end terminations, replacement of burnt / heated thimbles / nuts / bolts, HT tapping and monoplast compound i/c testing etc. complete as reqd. at site. The job also i/c servicing of moving gear assembly of 630 Amps, 3 phase, 11 KV, 350 MVA capacity VCB/OCB by opening the required parts i/c checking, cleaning, testing and rectification of defects, oiling & greasing of moving gear assembly with CR-2 spray and cadmium solution i/c testing & commissioning in the HT VCB panel etc. complete as required at site.

Servicing of Draw out type 630A – 2000 A, 3 Phase, 415 volt 50 Hz ACB in the MV Panel i/c cleaning & lubricating of moving parts, checking & testing of wring system, replacement of minor spare parts such as spring/ nuts/ bolts & washer, setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. at site.

Cleaning and checking of 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply bus trunking system arrangement of rating 800/1600/2000 Amps. i/c tightening of all joints, PVC tapping, etc. wherever required by opening of all the bus-trucking cover i/c removal of carbon, P/F the missing nut/bolts/screw/spring washer and refixing the covers at their original position etc. complete as required at site.

Servicing of 11 KV/ 110 Volt PT complete i/c removal of PT from HT panel board, draining out the oil, removing core assembly, cleaning of dirty particles, tightening connections, checking of wiring , re-assembling, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required at site.

Testing the healthiness of related H/V 11 kV I/C and O/G cable with Hipot test in residence test (Meggar test), ampere test etc. complete as required at site. Note: Test report to be submitted.

Replacement of following faulty/ damage accessories / parts with new one for 11 KV H.T. Panel i/c buyback of the same, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. at site.
