Providing and laying Antiskid vitrified tiles in floor in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. Providing and fixing Ist quality glazed vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados. The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick plain glass panes over fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of hard wood beading including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing plaster of paris (minimum 8mm thick) punning over walls with after scraping old white wash / distemper from the existing surface including chipping of surface and cost of scaffolding etc. to prepare smooth and even surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm).

French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
