Dismantling 40 M GBT Tower (Appxoximate weight 10.00 MT) including safe removal of the tower members & nutbolts washers, all antenas, cable runway, supports etc. all complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (Note: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in dismantling and taking tower material at ground for sorting purpose including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, insurance premium of labours, etc and nothing extra will be paid. Tower dismantling is to be carried out in habitant area all care in this regard taken if any mishap happens agency will be sole responsible for any type of damage to humans, property, animals and Agriculture/trees in premises of work area.The rate also includes sorting of 40 m high USO tower material at Loni BSNL store as per number or identification mark, preparation of list in confirmation with standard drawings & handing over the material to competent authority etc. all complete as directed by Engg. In charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually / by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Transportation of the dismantled tower members of 40 M GBT tower, M.S gate of size up to 5 x 2.00(1No), 1.5 x 2.00(1No) aluminium door of size 1.00 x 2.00 ( 1No No) from Khodad site to the Departmental store at Loni Dist Pune including loading and unloading etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Distance up to 75 km.)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) : From brick work in cement mortar

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured) : In cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Credit for- a) Old Bricks recovered.

Old reinforcement.

Old stone recovered.

Disposal of unwanted material, malba etc by mechanical transport in confirmity with local body by laws including loading,unloading & making the site clear to handover the owner etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..
