REPAIR/MAINT OF VOLTAGE STABILIZER, ISOLATION TRANSFORMER AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT STATION UNDER GE(AF) CHABUA

M&L for dehydration & filteration of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-ChargeNote : (i) The filteration of the voltage stabilizer /isolation transformer oil shall be carried out at different locations of the AF Stn Chabua. (ii) The report before filteration & after filteration to be submitted by contractor . (iii) Oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply & toping up of new voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer oil (in sealed barrel) conforming to IS 335 std having dielectric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make : Savita/Castrol/Power True/Truoil.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding 433 Volts LV coils of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer of using proper size super enameld copper wire suitable for working voltage 1.1 KV including three layer insulated material as per existing size of core including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. iii). The rate for taking out,refixing after repair,both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer by crane /manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronus motor from the voltage stablizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (3 Kgs.) with RC, single phase 230 Volts all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronus motor from the voltage stablizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (10 Kgs.) with RC, single phase 230 Volts all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronus motor from the voltage stablizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (20 Kgs.) with RC, single phase 230 Volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 50 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 60/63 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 100 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 200 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 300/315 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 500 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and ditrected at site

Dismantling and taking out old worn out servo contro box from the voltage stablizer and supply and fix new Servo Control Box suitable for voltag stabilizer capacity up to 1000 KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out defected PCB from the voltage stablizer and supply and fix new Servo circuit card (PCB) suitable for voltage stabilizer capacity up to 1000 KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F in repairs carbon brush of voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 1 KVA ,single phase, Air cooled isolation transformer,Nos of phases- Single,Ratio- 1:1,Input voltage 240 V +/- 2.5%, Output voltage 240 V +/- 2.5 % complete all as specified and ditrected at site

M&L for spray painting of servo voltage stabilizer/isolation Transformer, preparation of old painted surfaces of steel body by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner outside of voltage stabilizer/Isolation transformer indoor/outdoor type capacity 10 KVA to 30 KVA to match with existing colour as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.
