Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulder with approved soil with all lifts and leads, laying in layers, breaking clods, dressing to required lines, curves, grade and sections, watering and compaction to meet at least 100 % procter density complete to specification requirements

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401(GSB Grade I)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53-22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling, sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete Rate as per S.I.No. 251 (Schedule Rate)

Cement Concrete with 40mm gauge stone ballast, coarse. and cement in proportion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper complation of the work. in foundation For side brick work Rate as per S.I.No. 281

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 800,1205.4 and 1205.5

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not including in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including binding for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Will be painted of superior quality is required shade and colour including excavation of foundation (1.50x0.50x0.90m),P.C.C. 1:4:8(1.50x0.50x0.12m), brick work 1:4 with cement fine sand in foundation (1.36x0.345x1.20m) ,12mm thick plaster 1:4 with cement fine sand and finishing walls with water profing white cement paint of approved make and quality such as super snowcem paint etc. all complete.
