Providing and laying water proofing treatment on on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting or applying :(a) After surface preperation ,first layer of slury of cement @ 0.488 Kg /Sq.m mixed with weater proofing cement compound @0.253 Kg/Sq.m (b) Laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Over laps of joints of fiber cloths should not be less than 10 c.m © Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289 kg/Sq.m mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 Kg/Sq.m and coarse sand @ 1.289 Kg/Sq.m .This will be allowed to air cure for four hours followed by Water curing for fourty eight hours .The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 c.m on parapet wall and tucked in to grove in parapet all around (d) fourth and final layer of bricks tilling with cement mortar (which will be paid for seperately (for the purpiose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and scan papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete :

Wall painting with plastic emulsionpaint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture : Old work (one or more coats )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Demolishing cement concrete manually /ny mechanical means including disposal of meterial with in 50 meters lead as per direction of engineer in charge : Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(I cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with floating coat of neat cement ,including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete : 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
