Repair and rectification of wash rooms and building name boards at KGS 1 and 2.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for RCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing, placing and removing form work for all in - Situ concrete works including providing, fixing & removing centering, staging, platform, cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights. NOTE: Measurement shall be made for formwork in contact with concrete surface.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all dia meters conforming to grade Fe 550 D of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry, of 230 mm thick, in CM 1:5 using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & shape for up to plinth level & Super Structure, plinth and all other Miscellaneous Masonry Works including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry of 115 mm tickness using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & shape with compressive strength of not less than 35 Kg/cm2, in CM 1:4 for Super Structure of Partition walls and all other miscellaneous masonry works of 115 mm thickness including laying of RC horizontal bands and RC stub columns of size 115 mm x 115 mm @ every 1.00 to 1.50 meter interval [horizontlly & vertically], simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old surface, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 500 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and fixing in position Premium Quality double charged Vitrified [straight edge] Tiles Size 3'0" x 2'0" or 4'0" x 3'0" for flooring, Skirting & dado of Johnson / Bell / Regency / Marbit o/ Nitco / Naveen diamontile / Somany make of approved approved shade / colours [as per the design] including laying in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick, base layer for flooring, CM 1:3, 12 mm thick, base layer for Skirting & dado, Cement Slurry @ 3.3 Kgs [for flooring, skirting & dado] per sqm.,or using approved adhesive [such as laticrete L290, laid thickness of laticrete shall not be less than 10 mm], pointing the joints neatly with white cement mixed with matching [tiles] colouring pigment, including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing etc., providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding, collecting & disposing the general waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 Kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights. Note: 1] Basic cost of vitrified tile Shall not be less than Rs.800 per Sqm. (excluding GST) 2] OPC 43 grade Cement of reputed brand & as approved by EIC shall be used. 3) Tile sample shall be approved by EIC before procurement of bulk material for site use

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and laying Anti Skid vitrified Tiles Size 3'0" x 2'0" or 4'0" x 3'0"for Flooring of approved brand / shade / colour & of standard thickness [as per concerned BIS]. Flooring with 20 mm thick, in CM 1:4 [bedding] and Skirting with 12 mm thick, in CM 1:3 [backing] or using approved Adhesive pasting the tiles on the concrete or on the masonry or on plastered surfaces, close jointed as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles; washing; preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base shall be neat; clean & slightly wet before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, curing, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the construction debris & unwanted material up to a lead of 500 Mts from the place of work out side the plant premises etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at all locations. Note: 1] Basic cost of Anti skid vitrified tile Shall not be less than Rs.800 per Sqm (excluding GST) 2] OPC 43 grade Cement of reputed brand & as approved by EIC shall be used. 3] Tile sample shall be approved by EIC before procurement of bulk material for site use

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by raking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete surfaces for proper bonding, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer (Minimum 75 micron thick) of asian paints / berger pains / dulux Paint / nerolac paints and Two Coats of Exterior Grade weather & water Proof Paint (minimum total 150 micron thick excluding primer) of asian paints [Such as Apex Altima] / berger pains [Such as weather coat alguard] / ICI dulux paint [Such as weather shiedmax] / nerolac paints [Such as Excel Total], of approved shade / colour for New / old Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including providing & filling Crack Sealing Compound [of approved make & quality] in the cracks, preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressurezed Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of crack sealing compound; primer, paint & crack sealing compound shall be conforming to relevant BIS specification, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part-A : Civil Works Providing and fixing in position factory made FRP Flush door Shutters and frame made out of fibre glass reinforced plastic sheets having over all thickness not less than 2.00 mm [with a tolerance of ± 0.2 mm]. The shutter shall have outer wooden frame made out of 65 mm wide X 30 mm thick well seasoned hard wood and also with vertical, horizontal, middle & locking rails to mount the hardware & fixturers. The infill material shall be with polyurethe thermo cole dipped in resin, including preparation of base, providing & fixing One number of 250 mm long & 16 mm dia. Aldrop, One number of 200 mm long & 10 mm dia. Tower Bolt; One number of 150 mm long & 10 mm dia. Tower Bolt, Two numbers of 125 mm grip 'D' handles, Two numbers of 40 mm dia. & 50 mm long rubber bushes [Aldrop,Tower Bolts & 'D' handles shall be of approved make aluminium powder coated], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 500 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.
