Providing anti termite treatment for Woooden surfaces infested with termites. The termite infested surface should be first sprayed or brushed with Termisol chlorpyritos or equivalent chemical. After majority of the termites are eliminated the surfaces should be cleaned by emery paper to remove all dirt,oils,grease etc. Then further aniti termite chemical should be applied all over them either by brush or spray. The solution should be injected into the wooden articles like hinges, joints, etc. all complete and as directed by the engineer in charge. a) Two coats.

Also fixing one part of velcro strip to wood window frame with stappler pins and another part stiched to the mesh etc. all complete and as directed by the engineer in charge. Cleaning of over head tank/under ground sump by following method : (1) Empting the tank/sump and make it near to dry (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly @ 150gms /1000 Ltrs. to the inside surface and wait for one hour (3) After one hour clean the surface perfectly by removing the scaling on the walls with rotary jet mechanism (4) Removing mud, silt, sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump (5) Spraying anti bacterial agent on walls to kill harmful bacterial complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).

Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps at all levels for removal of blockages including removing the silt, slush, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc and applying white cement in tile joints of bath/WC including water proofing compounds (Like forsroc) etc wherever required to arrest leakages etc.
