Annual renewal of Shoghi Mehli Junga Sadhupul road in Km. 12/375 to 48/925

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 275 kg ./sqm ( Two hundred Seventy five kilogram/square metre) on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 50mm (fifty milimetre) average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10(ten) @ 3.50% (three point five zero percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Batch Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH Hot mix plant/ batch mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 to 5.60 (Five point forty to Five point sixty) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respects including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying 2.5mm(two point five milimetre)thick road marking strips (retro-reffective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
