Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl bedding if any n exc. 50mm thick etc. on any type of roof, cleaning with wire brushers etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for levelling course for consolidated thickness shall be varied from 25 to 55 mm as per the requirements all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed plaster on roof for laying in CM 1:4 waterproofing treatment, with using WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral Waterproofing compound.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm by forced all as specified and as directed , Four course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.3 Ltr per sqm, (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight, (iii) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls and roof ceilings etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive new plaster

M & L for Cement plastering 15mm( thick in two layers -first layer 10mm thick with ready mix plaster and outer layer 5mm thick ready mix water proof plaster) on outer walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS- 2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 days compressive strength 10-15 MPA, bulk density 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength->0.5 MPA complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10mm thick ready mix plaster on internal wall by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick ready mix self curing plaster on ceilling by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty or equivalent as approved by Engr-In-Charge . Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the AGE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the AGE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.
