P/L CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (1CEMENT:4 SAND:8 GRADED STONE AGGREGATE 40 mm NOMINAL SIZE) and CURING COMPLETE IN FOUNDATION & PLINTH. with in all leads and lifts as per the directed of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles mat finish FLOORING 20 mm (AVERAGE) THICK BASE OF CEMENT MORTOR 1:4 (ICEMENT:4 SAND) LAID OVER and JOINTED WITH GREY CEMENT SLURRY MIXED WIH PIGMENT TO MATCH THE SHADE OF THE SLAB, 6mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the directed of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING TWO COATS (E/C PRIMING COAT) OVER NEW STEEL and OTHER METAL SURFACES WITH READY MIXED PAINT TO GIVE AN EVEN SHADE I/C CLEANING THE OTHER FOREIGN MATTER SAND PAPERING and STOPPING ( PAINT OTHER THAN WHITE) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
