Removing carefully the precast cover slabs of septic tanks and Dewatering/ desludging and taking out deposited sludge silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature, mechanically with sewer suction cum jetting Machine mounted on truck, cleaning the Septic tank / Soakage well by removing solid waste/sludge from the tank removing the sludge from the edge of septic tank after drying and removing the same outside MOD land and land where directed by EIC including applying one coat of linseed oil on the bottom and sides of the septic tanks (inner side) and setting the same covers in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and directed for Septic Tank of size 2.35m x 1.10m x 1.5m in LBH Note: Work will be executed in foul condition

Removing carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters and disposing the same to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m where directed and setting the manhole cover old in position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and as directed.

Cleaning carefully 100mm dia pipe with using fresh water for the blockage in CI or SWG pipe of the following sizes in between man holes using mechanically oprated Hydraulic pressure machine equpied with jet and suction pressure cleaning and passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No 3 above but 150mm dia pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage in the floor/nahni traps in kitchen or bath room or sinks by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the old gratingw and refixing the grating in the same position including finishing with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of gully traps of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matter to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and setting the civer slab in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cleaning of the service tanks of capacity upto 500 liters twice (as directed) installed on roofs and 2nd, 3rd, or 4th stories of building at various places by emptying the tanks, by removing the scale and other all other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scraping and brushing with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry and allowed to dry and tajk washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water including refixing the top cover of tank properly after cleaning and writing letters such as details of the tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm heigh in block colour, over a thick of size 60x 30mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 7 above but service tanks of capacity above 500 liters and upto 1000 liters.

Taking down eaves rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and acessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including neccesay clamp brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including neccesay clamp brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity Exc 250 and n. exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity Exc 500 and n. exc 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC ball valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia fancy type CP bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia fancy type CP pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated screwed down fixed high pressure, long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia CP angular stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connecting incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm dia light grade GI tubuing with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work for fixing of wall tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes for non skid ceramic and grinaite tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450X 300X 7mm thick set coloured tiles as in dado, skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 27 above but as in skirting

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16-18mm thick Granite tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed 10mm thick in cement mortar CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coating minimum thickness 50 micron Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coating minimum thickness 50 micron Anodised aluminium window sliding type and ventilator shutters without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.45 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality incl necessary fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 9mm thick Pre-laminated particle board interior grade with prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No -38 but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 37) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation newly plastered surface of walls and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire and taking down old rusted chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI chain link fencing with 3.00 mm dia galvanised steel wire 75 mm x 75 mm mesh fixed to any type of fencing post with MS fillet and screw bolts incl taking down old chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling , bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl taking down old wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI concertina spiral coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia and 6 m max openable length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron Y shaped with horizontal barbed wire stud tied to angle iron, incl taking down old concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : barbed wire shall be measured separately)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) brought upto course complete all as specified & directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for raised pointed to squared rubble masonry, courseed,or uncoursed CM (1:4) on stone masonry complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L paving vitrified parking tiles 300mm x 300mm x 8 to 10 mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, kerbs, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in ground floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete (1:2:4) (Nominal mix) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement mortar CM (1:6) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8-10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
