Supply and Delivery of HDPE ( PE100)pipes as per IS:4984/1988,with its amendments and revisons thereon including cost of pipes, specials as per requirements, tranportation etc. including earth work excavtion for pipe line trench in all soils upto SDR except Rock requiring blasting, lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soil and boulders) with watering, tamping and removeing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipe line with water and testing etc., Complete 75mm dia 6kg/cm2

Construction of Air Valve- 'Manufacture, supply, delivery and fixing of Single Chamber DI Air Valve with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part21985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue. Drilled as per requirement of the dept. with isolating valve bevel gear operated as per IS 14846 on pipe line including supply of Air valve ,DI Specials to suit the pressure class of pipe and including DI Pipe Vertical STem as per requirement with RCC ( 1:1.5:3) footing and stem concreting etc.complete for finished item of work . and Excluding all Taxes .50mm dia PN16 on 75mm dia line

'Construction of SLuice valve-"Supply, Delivery and Fixing of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/ SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS516389/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per requirement of the dept. Sluice valves conforming to IS 14846/2000 with amendments No. 1&2 heavy duty with CI grade FG 260 as per IS: 210. Two coats of primer suitable for EPOXY PAINTS finish shall be applied to all metal surface and finally two coats of Epoxy Paint. The Valves shall be tested for (closed end Test) against Hydrostatic test requirement. The operation can be done with hand wheel/cap. Supply, installation and field testing of Horizontal Woltman type hermetically sealed type water meters with IP 68 protection (PN-10/ PN-16). The meters shall be manufactured as per ISO 4064 -1:1993 with MID marking. The meter must have passed life cycle/Endurance test from FCRI.The module should be battery operated by inbuilt. The data logger shall be capable of transmitting data on daily bases to central server throughGSM/GPRS. The AMR data hourly shall be collected by MIU and stored. The MIU shall be connected to Data logger. The data logger should have inbuilt battery.The AMR meter should becapable of providing data like reverse flow, tampering, daily flow rate distribution. The System shall send alerts for blocked meter, flow rate above limit, pressure below or above limits,back flow detection. The meters shall be installed with CI strainers. The AMR meter and battery shall carry warranty of atleast 5 years from the date of delivery/date of installation which ever is earlier.The data shall be accessable on web server as required by the Client.
