WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO CERTAIN BLDGS IN TECH AREA AND KALUCHAK AT AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE AF JAMMU

M&L for Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including demolition of mud phuska, lime concrete, tile, cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth for roof surfaces and preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles/ existing vegetation/ roots etc with wire brushes and filling of cracks with smart care Hybrid PU Sealent wherever required and for rendering plastering work 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on PCC padding and finishing the surface without using extra cement for application of roof treatment. (A) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure , reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution as primming coat. (B) Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weaven in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. (C) Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 ltr/Sqm (D) Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450Ltr/Sqm as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done Authorised applicator only/ or in presence of authorised rep. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge. Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit etc as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor. Removing of all rubbish outside MOD land complete also included without any extra payment.

All as per item No 1 above but in patches,chajjas,fascia or near spouts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over Stone /brick/concrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement from top of roof level/parapet wall upto chajja level including scaffolding for plastering workscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: THE RATE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF SCAFFOLDING UPTO G+2 HEIGHT OF BUILDING.

M&L Preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered/ roof surfaces and Finishing walls with applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade/ camoflage pattern (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing damaged irregular surface of chajjas,roof projections,ceiling,facia etc average 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 furnished even & smooth all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Rate for form work / scaffolding if required to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in coping , kneelers and in similarly works including necessary form work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cement concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, padding over roof slab and average thickness of 25 mm as per site requirement for receiving top layer over roof surface treated with bonding chemical on old surface as per manufacturers instruction, etc similar workscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/lime concrete/brick tiles of any description and in any position not specifically provided including removal of debris from MOD land at contractor own expensecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
