Long Range ultrasonic testing inspection of Underground pipelines at NRPL Rewari

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including trimming of sides of the trenches, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including filling in sides of foundation trenches, plinth etc. with the excavated earth available and/or depositing the excess earth within station area limits, in layers not exceeding 20 cms. thick, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dressing to level and grade , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

STRUCTURAL REPAIR WORKS :Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge :

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost].

CONCRETE WORK : CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN-SITU) : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade at all depths including ramming & shuttering etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer:

1:4:8 [1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, all works up to any lead and lift
