Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement. a) 1 : 1 : 2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In Flats up to 10 mm in thickness
