Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

1.Tender should be uploaded Tender Form in the format furnish in KW-2 noted in page no-13

2.For Reserved category works, valid caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority shall be uploaded

3.For Reserved category works valid Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority for residing in the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years shall be uploaded

4.Valid copy of constitution or legal status of the bidder (Company/firm registration certificate with firm address, document (KPWD/CPWD Class-II and above) proof shall be uploaded)

5.Permanent Account Number and GST Registration Certificate. (Document proof shall be uploaded)

6.Turnover statement for last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25 duly certified by the charted accountant along with UDIN No and achieved in at least Two Financial Years an average annual financial turnover not less than the two times of Estimated cost for each work

7.Tenderers will be calculated the tender capacity and uploaded. (If the tenderers available tender capacity is more than the total tender value, those will be qualified)

8.To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have full fill the following requirements prescribed in the as per standard tender documents for the last 5 years, i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar type of work in any one of the above FY amounting to Rs. 9,53,365.00 (25% of the contract value)/- in any Government / Public undertaking sectors and certificates should be issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer with office outward number and date shall be scanned and uploaded.

9.The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed in the form of statement as in section 3: Qualification information, clause 1.4(A), of bid document showing existing commitments and ongoing works should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

10.Information on works for which tenders have been submitted as on the date of this tender in the form of statement as in section 3: Qualification information clause 1.4(B), of bid document showing the works for which tenders already submitted.

11.Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract (should furnish Civil Engineer Degree or Diploma certificate of technical & declaration of employment with details, if the bidder has not technical qualified) should be uploaded.

12.Contractor should be executed the work in live sub-stations satisfactorily (For awareness of doing work in live sub stations since the said work is to be carry out in live Electric substation zone). Work experience certificate should be issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer duly mentioning for the last 5 years, i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 shall be scanned and uploaded.

13.Bidder should upload self-declaration for his firm being responsible for any fake and false declarations. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents). duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

14.Bidder should upload self declaration that his firm is not in BLACK list of any Govt. organization/ Govt. undertaking sectors/PSU. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

15.The bidder should upload detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid by duly mentioning the date after the publish of this notification with original signature (xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

16.Name, address, telephone, e-mail, and fax numbers of the Tenderers bankers who may provide references if contacted by the Employer

17.Contractor should be EPF & ESI holder and should furnish EPF & ESI registration certificate should be uploaded. (if EPF not, Self-declaration should be furnished with satisfactory reasons for non-applicable of EPF)

18.Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

19.Financial status and capacity supported by Line of credit/solvency certificate issued by the schedule / Nationalized Banks for Rs. 11,44,038.00 shall be obtained after the date of publish of this notification in favor the Chief Engineer (Electy)., Transmission Operation Zone, KPTCL, Bagalkote shall be uploaded. (usually 30% of the amount of contract) for works costing upto Rs.100 lakh as per GO No. FD 4 PCL 2008, Bangalore, dated:14.10.2008.
