Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M-sand in layers not exceeding 150mm well watered rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement , five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two Msand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, but including laying, vibrating, with mechanical vibratos, finishing, curing etc, and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surface of walls, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortr 1:3 (one cement and three sand) and Kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footing, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps etc., which require only nominal strutting using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification. Supplying and laying of profiled colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminum washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete.,

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing Two coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes scaffolding charges etc., etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., ( The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of RCC jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly (excluding cost of reinforcement steel) including cost ofmould, finishing curing lifting fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification .

Supplying and fixing of UPVC ventilator (un-plasticized poly viny choloride) louvered ventilators of from profile size outer frame 60x58mm and shutter profiles size 60x78mm both profiles reinforced with GI 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black color) covered with all the edges frame shutters. The corners and joints to be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glas 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. Supplying and fixing of solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauges 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock, and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440 mm colour glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with “P”” or “S”trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime, two sand, and five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast orpm spo; [i[es by dismandling masonry / RCC works andmaking good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40Kg/sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing etc., complying with standard specification and as diredted by the departmental officers. 300x200x6 mm

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water, etc., complete as per standard apecification and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approval quality set in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with wter proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers .

Supplying and fixing of lipped mouth procelin flat back Urinal with all accessories such as 32 mm dia bell mouth PVC connection, 15mm dia GM valve, 15mm dia B class waste water pipe, 15mm dia nylon connection, brass nipple etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Brass Chromium plated Towel Rail 600mm long and 20mm diameter with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs, CP screws etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers .
