Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(WBM-3)

Repair of damage Brick Edge soling on side of the road of over brunt bricks including labour & supply of bricks as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade using distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by Paver finisher , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coats sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earth work in filling for repairing of soulder and rain cut including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 195m with ramming and dressing by manual labour.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fited with profile shoe , glass beads dispencer, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced oprator on road surface including cost of material, labour, t&P,Clening the road surface of all dirt , seals, oils,grease, and foreign material etc. comlete as per direction of engineer incharge.
