Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description including screed/bedding in any type of roof and removing rubbish to out side MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removing of loose / dirt materials etc., and sweeping with brooms or gunny bags or mechanical device etc., and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof padding/levelling layer, the surface of concrete is to be finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed/bedding layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof for laying of water proofing treatment mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions and finishing the surfaces even & without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L APP based polymeric modified membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150 gms / Sqm and on primed surface of one coat of approved bituminous [email protected] Ltr per Sqm by torch application method with 150mm over lap on length side & 100mm on width side complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound( ISI Marked)

M & L hydraulically pressed cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 set, jointed and grouted and flush pointed in CM1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, 60 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, over and including sand cushioning of 50mm thick including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) of any description and removing rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40mm thick rough dressed sand stone slab of minimum 1mtr in length laid bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 laid over and including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside [or lowering if required] for repairs,cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of water tanks of capacity up to 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI water tubing of 15 mm bore, medium grade including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.
