Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning & warranty of Digital Switching System (PBX) having expandable capacity of 4000 ports with platform for mounting of PBX System, with fully duplicated common control (or distributed common control), including shelf controllers and power supply units, with configuration as per specifications, standards, scope of work and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Please refer file SPECIFICATION.pdf clause 6.1

NMS with full GUI management software with Configuration management, facility for customer data back up on NMS, and fault management. (Necessary hardware with required operating system including a PC as specified should be supplied without any extra cost.)

Centralized call accounting system with full accounting software for external and Internal call logging. (Necessary hardware with required operating system including a PC and Printer as specified should be supplied without any extra cost.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of operator consoles with roset boxes.

Analog telephone instrument with caller ID facility (make and model with the approval of EIC) with one year onsite warrantee. Caller ID should support line power.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital phones with roset boxes and one additional original coil cord by OEM of the instrument.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SIP phones with one additional original coil cord by OEM of the instrument.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of N+2 redundant modular float cum boost charger (FCBC) with suitable rating of Isolation transformer, maintenance free Lead-Acid Batteries (VRLA) for PBX wired capacity load for 8 hrs back-up, with platforms for mounting of FCBC cabinets & batteries and 1 no. spare power supply module of FCBC. Note:Scope includes power wiring from the existing electrical distribution systems to FCBC, batteries, earth systems etc. with suitable electrical wires and accessories, removal and shifting of existing FCBC, batteries, cables/ wires and accessories etc. to designated place in the premises.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following Main Distribution Frame (MDF) with top and bottom cable entry, accessories including GI cable tray with ceiling/ floor support and PVC trunking of appropriate size for cable routing between PBX and system MDF, field MDF/TTB and system MDF, end termination of cables including jumper wires, cable glanding, labeling, feruls, charts, documentation of existing cables pairs, punching, removal from existing connctors wherever required and re-punching of cables from the system side and field side, cable dressing in MDF/TTB, providing cable dressing accessories as required removal and shifting of existing MDF and accessories to designated place in the premises as required etc complete in all respect all as per specifications, site conditions and instructions of Engineer in charge.

System MDF mounting frame box made out of 14 SWG/2mm MS CRCA sheet duly powder coated with front hinged door (s), gasket, CAM lock with master key and jumper rings/cable managers, gland plates on top and bottom, chart holder/pocket to be provided as directed, with a capacity of mounting minimum 2600 pair Krone Module (equipped with LSA-PLUS type connector modules, silver-plated contacts), 2/10, 11 way SS back mount frame CT Block, dust cover, label holder, floor/wall mounted with platform/required mounting accessories etc. complete as per site conditions.

2/10, 11 way SS back mount frame CT Block loaded with 10 nos. of Krone Modules-LSA-PLUS type connector modules (10x10=100 pairs), silver-plated contacts , dust covers, label holders, mounting accessories etc. complete as per site conditions.

Replacement of existing Krone Modules-LSA-PLUS type connector modules, silver-plated contacts of 10 pairs each on existing SS CT boxes, complete as per site conditions. (scope includes supply and installation of one no. each label holder and dust cover for each set of 100 pairs).

Re-installation of existing 2000 pair MDF at new location with all accessories as required as per site conditions including documentation of existing cables pairs, removal of existing cables and connectors etc. as required. Note: If required, as per site condition, supply and installation of SS back mount frame CT Block, connectors, dust cover, label holder etc shall be measured separately.

Supply of 20 pair, 0.5 mm dia. annealed solid conductor, colour coded & twisted pair polyethylene insulated, PVC sheathed, fully jelly filled, GI wire/strip armoured telephone cable along with cable installation in existing hume pipe / trench etc. /over surface with 4 mm thick hot dipped GI spacer and 16 SWG thick hot dipped GI saddles fixed at a distance of 350 mm from each other with screws and PVC phil plug etc. minimum no. 10 x 35 mm GI wood screws etc. all as per standards and instructions of EIC

Supply of 50 pair, 0.5 mm dia. annealed solid conductor, colour coded & twisted pair polyethylene insulated, PVC sheathed, fully jelly filled, GI wire/strip armoured telephone cable along with cable installation in existing hume pipe / trench etc. /over surface with 4 mm thick hot dipped GI spacer and 16 SWG thick hot dipped GI saddles fixed at a distance of 350 mm from each other with screws and PVC phil plug etc. minimum no. 10 x 35 mm GI wood screws etc. all as per standards and instructions of EIC

Supply and installation of CAT 6 cable with the approval of EIC for interconnection between System MDF and field MDF, internal jumpers etc. Note: For jumpers CAT 6 cable will be used by removing sheath. Payment shall be made for actual length of CAT-6 cable consumed.

Supply & Installation of End joint, glands for 10/20 pair cable along with all accessories with the approval of EIC.

Supply & Installation of End joint, glands for 50 pair cable along with all accessories with the approval of EIC.

Supply & Installation of End joint, glands for 100 pair cable along with all accessories with the approval of EIC.

Supply & Installation of straight joint with jointing kit for 10/20 pair cable along with all accessories with the approval of EIC.

Supply & Installation of straight joint with jointing kit for 50 pair cable along with all accessories with the approval of EIC.

Comprehensive AMC cost for 1st Year (After warranty period of one year from the date of successful commissioning) of EPABX System including deployment of 2 trained technicians/site engineers on regular basis on all working days for day to day handling of maintenance of EPABX System, cabling, configurations, system management, back-up, co-ordination with other units for cabling, rectification of fault in telephone extension line etc. all as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. On emergency or special requirement, manpower deployment shall be on weekly offs and holidays also.

Comprehensive AMC cost for 2nd Year of EPABX System including deployment of 2 trained technicians/site engineers on regular basis on all working days for day to day handling of maintenance of EPABX System, cabling, configurations, system management, back-up, co-ordination with other units for cabling, rectification of fault in telephone extension line etc. all as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. On emergency or special requirement, manpower deployment shall be on weekly offs and holidays also.
