S&F Mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts, & struts in fencing etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes , notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section etc to be prepared for hanging and including either hooks and hinges etc with end of bars shouldered and /or reiveted and welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made), 11 to 15 mm neck dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire of any dia / aparture, made up into mattresses or cages lapped wired conforming to IS 2721 all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Fixing only fencing will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Weight of chain link fencing shall be as certain through board of officers.

Fixing only chain link fencing of description fixed to steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new or previous untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth , not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, / laying of pipe / cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
