The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item on RDSO Approved sources for RDSO Item Id 3100432 or their authorized dealers only. Clause No. 16.3 of general tender condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable.
Firm must upload past experience (R/Note,CRN and PO copy) for supplying this item/similar item to any shed/depot of Indian railways.

If the firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents, the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
