CA NO CWE/CHM (P)CH-06/2020-21 OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AT COMMAND HOSPITAL (WC) CHANDIMANDIR

Outsourcing of central AC plant 5 x 225 TR installed at CH (WC), comprising under mentioned items, round the clock in three shifts (each shift of eight hours) per day through out the contract period (including on Sunday and Holiday) for providing cooling or heating services to Command Hospital complete all as specified and as directed..

(a) Scope of work will be as under :-

(i) Screw type water cooled chiller unit 225 TR Make Clivet - 05 Nos (ii) Main electrical control panel (LT) 440 volts with 03 Nos main ACB's and outgoing MCCB's/ MPCB's and accessories - 01 No. (iii) Primary pump 10 HP for chiller line - 05 Nos. Make: Grundfos/Kirloskar. (iv) Secondary variable pump set 20 HP - 05 Set. Make: Grundfos/Kirloskar. (v) Condensing water pump set 40 HP - 05 Nos. Make: Grundfos/Kirloskar. (vi) Hot water pump set 15 HP - 03 Set. Make: Grundfos. (vii) Cooling tower with twin fans of capacity 300 TR - 05 Nos (viii) Condenser water line with accessories roof top of plant and inside the plant - 01 job. (ix) Hot water/Chilled water line and control accessories in plant and plant to AHU's - 01 Job. (x) Air handling unit with flower fan, motor, cooling coils, hot water coils and control accessories - 27 Nos. (xi) Hot water generators 350 KWs - 03 Sets. (xii) Air handling units with blower fan motor, cooling coils 2 x 9 KW strip heaters and control accessories - 09 Nos. (xiii) Operation of submersible pumping set 5 HP - 01 No.

(xiv) LT Panel with incoming ACB and outgoing MPCB/MCCB's - 01 No. (xv) LT Panel for switching ON/OFF cooling towers and submersible pump sets. (xvi) Ducting of AHU's to wards/ OPD's incl supply/return diffusers and grills. (b) Contractor may have to check the proper functioning of all Air Conditioning Plants 5 x 225 TR. Make : Clivet. (c) Checking of the plant machinery equipment and LT panel and maintain the record monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly and when directed by Engineer-In-Charge/JE. (d) Check the earth test record for chiller units, primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser pumps, hot water generators, LT Panels and AHU panels, cooling towers, maintain the record half yearly and submit the record thereof the water earth pit to improve the earth test resistance and proper maintenance of earth pit. (e) To maintain the log sheet daily as approved by Engineer-In-Charge and submit the record accordingly.

(f) The Scope will also cover temperature, humidity of each AHU's of cusuality.MI room, Trauma,medical ward, Pharmacy, Central Registration area, ENT/EYE OPD, Gayane OPD, Labour room, OT, ICU, Med-I & II, Eye/ENT ward, Pead ward, Acute surg ward, Offr ward, Officer family ward and neuro ward as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge (g) Minimum 01 Nos highly skilled trademen (Ref Mech), has to be available to operate and maintain the central AC plant as well as AHUs round the clock.

Outsourcing of scroll type air cooled units of capacity 2 x 48 TR installed at Skin/PSY ward at CH (WC), comprising of under mentioned items round the clock in three shifts (each shift of eight hours) per day throughout the contract period (including sunday and holiday) for providing cooling or heating services to Command Hospital complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Scope of work will be as under:-

(i) Scroll type air cooled chiller unit 48 TR - 02 No. (ii) Main electrical control panel (LT) 440 Volts with incoming/outgoing MCCB, starters and control accessories - 02 Nos. (iii) Centrifugal pump sets for chiller line - 02 Nos. (iv) Air hanging units with blower fan motor, cooling coils, 2 x 9 KW strip heaters, LT panels and control accessories - 04 Nos (b) Contractor may have to check the proper functioning of air cooled type scroll units 2 x 48 TR. Make: Blue Star. (c) Checking of the plant machinery, equipment and LT Panel and maintaining the record monthly quarterly, half yearly and yearly and when directed by Engr-In-Charge/JE. (d) Checking the test record for scroll type chiller units chiller water pumps, LT Panels and AHU Panels and maintaining the record half yearly and submit the record there of and filling of the water in earth pit to improve the earth resistance and proper maintenance of earth pits.

(e) To maintain the log sheet daily as approved by Engineer-In-Charge and submit the record accordingly. (f) The scope will also cover temperature, humidity of each AHU's of skin wards and PSY wards as and when directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (g) Minimum 01 Nos skilled trademen will be available per shift to operate the units round the clock.

Notes:- Contractor shall also be resposible for cleaning all equipments and space inside and outside the installatio in addition to various mandatory activities as listed in Sch "A" notes and particulars specifications.
