Demolition of stone/brick masonry wall built in cement mortar

S&F mild steel work in tubular pipes complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes including fixing of tubes in RCC/masonry pillars by cutting in to the wall/pillars and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F for Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome

S&F for 15 cm wide decorative fibre cement planks of 8 mm thick any shade as in fixed compound wall cladding with suitable screws and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3;6) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete in CM 1:4 finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying two coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint) on new plastered /cement board surfaces walls/ ceiling/cladding and corniers incl preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory putty wherever required complete all as manufactorers instructions.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as backing coat to receive granite/marble stone as in cills and similar works.

M & L Granite (of any type) 20mm work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed .
