Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out including levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables and in substation ducts for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :Measurement should be after punning down)

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of 80 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of factory made and tested, Bus bar chamber, outdoor pedestal type, suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz , AC supply system, having duly insulated four Nos aluminum bus bars (having Multiple holes), of rating 800 Amps , installed on epoxy / SMC type insulator The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 Protection class and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x5mm thick angle iron base frame work, suitable for connection of multiple LT cables of diff size, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement of minimum size 75 cm x 60cm x 45 cm ( box size excluding legs) and mounted on angle iron pedstal 45 cms above groungd level all as specified including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc incl necessary PCC work for foundation as directed. Note :- (i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimbles. (ii) Costruction of Foundation & taking out of the old connected cables and reconnection of the same with new thimbles, gland of suitable size are deemed to the above quoted rate. (iii) The feeder piller should have louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. (iv) The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provn of entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. (v) Danger plate should be fixed on both side of the panel.

S&F in replacement of Air circuit breaker 4 pole 1000 Amps 50 KA with Microprocessor release manual drawout Adjustable type including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to MS sheet/cutting the BUS bar for proper fitting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Air circuit breaker 4 pole 800 Amps 50 KA withwith Microprocessor release manual drawout Adjustable type including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable ACB from panels & fabrication works to BUS bar for proper fitting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of UNSV MCCBs of capacity 630 Amps, TP, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Same all as per ser item No 19.00 above, but rating of MCCB 400 Amp, 36 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals( set of 4 x terminals) including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable to main switch /panel including taping of XLPE cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Ammeter 0-400/800 Amp digital type per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 25 X 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991). The quoted rates shall include the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter.(c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

M&L for painting of LT panel boards out door/in door of size above 8.00 Sqmm floor/leg mounted installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement CRCA MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer with apran for cable entry closing locking arrangement including all fixing acessories i.e. suitable size of hinge, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding works etc in the existing panels as per site condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables of following sizes, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098, Part-II marked, laid in trenches/ duct/ under road/ footpath/ etc or against re-routing / diversion from residential buildings/ road/ footpath etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) PCC electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation & encasing the pole including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of painted surface of LT Panel of any size for fixing of FLOURCENT REFELCTIVE LETTERING as follows of approved colours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Re-write the details (as given by the Engr In Charge) of Incoming & outgoing circuits (not more than-8 Nos), on the LT panels in capital letters of size not less than 30 mm width and 40 mm height and works not exceeding 80 letters per panel. (b) "LT PANEL" should be re-write on both front and back side of the LT Panel size not less than 50 mm width and 60 mm height.

S&F in the existing LT panel, OFF load change over switch in replacement of capacity 400 Amps, four pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz alongwith connected of existing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in the existing LT panel, OFF load change over switch in replacement of capacity 200 Amps, four pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz alongwith connected of existing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spreading of stone aggregate of size 40 mm in surounding area of outdoor LT Panel manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
