Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Horticulture (Elephant Ear, Canna Indica, Wedelia, Vetiver Grass):- Supplying all materials labour and T&P etc. for removing vegetation and makingu p undulations not exceeding 15cm. in depth including disposal of rubbish, plantation of saplings - a) Bougainvillea Glabra @ 1 No. / saft., i) Elephant Ears Plant @ 1. Nos. /3 sqft., i) Canna Indica @ 1 Nos. / 2 5qft., iv) Wedelia Plantation @ 1 No. / 2 sqft. and v) Vetiver Grass - spread across the area, all complete as per the specificatioannd direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation all kinds of soil in F&P within initial lead of 50 m and initial lift of 1.50 m including rough dressing and breaking the clods, etc all complete as per direction of engineer- in-charge.

Supply and filling the F & P with filling sand of approved quality with well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty & all taxes, etc., complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for laying Sub-Base in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick, watering and compacting to the required density at OMC with PRR (8-10 tonnes) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (with Stoned Screened Dust )

Transportation of selected earth from borrowing area for levelling the grounded. Complete with minimum 5Km lead and as per direction of EIC

R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade BHG C/B chips including hoisting, laying & all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site as per the specification approved by the deptt. & direction of EIC.

Labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grill including the cost of M.S. rod.

Providing and laying at or near Ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of E-I-C (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by E-I-C.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement concrete Paver block of requried strength 80mm thickness,made by tableveribratoty method to attain superior smooth finish using Upor equivalent mould, laid requried colour and patten over 50mm thivk compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking Paver block in to the sand bedding layers through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with sand and cutting of Paver block as per required size and patten finishing and sweeping extra sand in foot path,road pavement etc. with all cost of materials,labour T&P all etc complete.
