EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing pile foundation using 230mm dia aguar etc as per officers etc completed.

Supply and Filling of Well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges ..etc. Complete

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting SHUTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as BEAM, STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 (One cement one & half sand and three aggregate) using machine crushed / Hand Broken 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Refilling with excavated sand complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" * 4 3 / 8" * 2 3 /4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

Plastering with cement mortal 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per stand specification.

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Supplying and fixing of design grill and gate including cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges ..etc. complete

Fixing and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block 63mm thick including cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges ..etc. Complete

Roofing with galvanished iron sheet (corrugated) 24 gauge thick including necessary bolt, nuts and bitumen washed etc.,completed - 10 m2
