Civil Items :

Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab of Guard Room by thoroughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease etc. and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.

Plastering on RCC surface in roof slab of Guard Room with 20mm thick cement sand mortar in prop.1:4 mixed with integral waterproofing compounds like Master Proof IWP-1 of Choksey Chemicals /Dr. Sealkit No.1 (Asian Chemicals) @ 0.2% by weight of cement conforming to IS:2465 as specified and directed by the Department complete.

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete at Equipment ROOM Building.

EQUIPMENT ROOM BUILDING exterior Wall, Parapet wall, extended slab surfaces etc. painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on old surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

EQUIPMENT BUILDING Interior Wall surfaces, Interior bottom surface of R.C.C. slab of electical, control & battery room etc. painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on old surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete at Guard Room.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on steel and other metal surface with alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Surfaces up to 100mm in width or girth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on MS main gate and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete of Boundary wall (both sides).

Colour washing with lime on Boundary wall surface (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.(both sides).

Supplying, fiting and fixing PVC flushing cistern with all internal fittings with CI brackets including fitting and fixing standard size CP flush pipe, union clamps etc. compete as directed and specified . Parryware make,White colour.Economy Single Flush (Cat No.C8090/C8055)

Providing security grill welded to main gate frames With 16mm dia M.S round placed horizontally at a distance of 10 cm c/c @ 15kg/ 16kg per sq.meter as directive.

Earthwork in excavation for process area stone gravel, soil & HDPE sheet etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.(In soft or laminated rock or medium shale).

Sand filling in plinth over stone gravel and filling sand to fill up the gaps etc. including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. With river sand by truck carriage including loading, unloading and carriage to the site of work..

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) at process area with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 30 N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as directive and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.

Providing barbed wire on the existing barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W.G.x 2pliesx 4 points at 75mm apart including supplying, fitting and fixing with galvanised staples 38mm x 38mm x 3mm sizes with existing posts of the fencing, including removing rotten barbed wire as directed, complete with strengthening of post and tightening of the old barbed wire and joinining old serviceable pieces on remaining lines as and where necessary and as directed.
